Approve from a push notification
When push is enabled on a device, every pending approval reaches it as a notification — on your phone, and on your computer as a system notification from your browser, even when the AgentValet tab is in the background.
Enable push first
Push notifications setup walks through it per device. On a computer, open Settings → Push notifications and choose Enable; your browser asks once for permission.
What the notification shows
Approve: {agent name}
{platform} · {action}
{the agent's reason, if it gave one}
[ Approve ] [ Deny ] [ Review ]Approve and Deny act immediately — nothing opens. A second notification confirms the result: Approved — running, Denied, Already decided (someone got there first), or Expired (approvals live for 10 minutes). Review opens the full request.
On iOS, Safari and Firefox the buttons don’t render; tap the notification to open the request and decide there.
If the dashboard is already open
You won’t get a system notification on top of the tab you’re looking at. The request appears as a card inside the dashboard instead, with the same Approve / Deny / Review, and it disappears the moment the request is decided from any device.
Security
The Approve button carries a single-use token bound to that one request; it stops working the moment the request is decided or expires. Anyone holding your unlocked device can press it, the same as on a phone lock screen.
Plans
Push notifications are included on Team and above. The in-dashboard card is available on every plan.
