Common error symptoms grouped by what you’ll see, why it happened, and how to fix it.

`circuit_breaker_open`	Agent paused after 3 auth or 5 upstream failures in 10 minutes
`scope_not_granted`	Agent called a scope not in its permission matrix
`approval_expired`	Owner didn’t decide within 10 minutes
`invalid_signature`	Agent’s JWT didn’t verify against its registered public key
PII redaction 502	Presidio errored while redacting; proxy fails closed

For everything else, the error envelope includes a correlation_id — quote it when you email [email protected] and we can pull the audit row immediately.
