Request a refund
Every paid AgentValet plan (Solo, Studio and Team) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within that window, you can get your payment refunded — no questions.
How
/settings → 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee card → Request refund.
The card appears on any paid plan. It shows when your guarantee expires and how many days remain. Once the window has passed, it says the guarantee expired and points you to [email protected] instead; Cancel subscription is then the way to stop future billing. After a refund has been issued, the card no longer appears.
Confirmation
Clicking Request refund expands a confirmation:
- “Are you sure you want to request a refund?”, with what will happen: a full refund to your card and an immediate downgrade to Free
- “This cannot be undone.”
- A field where you type
REFUNDto enable the button - Buttons: Cancel and Confirm refund
Type REFUND, click Confirm refund. On success the card shows “Refund confirmed. Your account has been moved to Free.”
What happens
- Stripe refunds your most recent payment in full. It appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Your subscription is cancelled and the org moves to the Free plan immediately
- Nothing is suspended or deleted: your agents, platform connections, policies and audit history all stay
- You get a confirmation email
Your agents keep working on Free limits straight away. Subscribe again from /billing whenever you want the paid limits back.
You cannot undo this
A refund is one per organisation. Subscribing again later is a fresh purchase, and the guarantee doesn’t apply a second time.
If you’d rather keep paying until the end of the period, Cancel subscription stops the next renewal without a refund.
On the billing page
The eligibility window is also shown on /billing as a callout:
“30-day money-back guarantee — expires
{date}({N}days remaining). Request a refund →”
The link takes you to /settings, where the card above lives.
Why this exists
Subscribing to a security tool sight-unseen is a hard sell. The guarantee lowers the bar for trying AgentValet on a real workflow. We’d rather refund the small minority who decide it’s not for them than make them argue for a refund.
