Pricing & plans
AgentValet has five tiers. The cheapest is free; the most expensive is custom-priced for organisations. Plans are priced on what they govern: how many platform connections sit behind the gate, how long the audit log is kept, and which approval and containment features are unlocked. Agents themselves are unlimited on every tier, including Free. Each tier also carries a monthly allowance of governed actions as a fair-use line. A governed action is one proxied call: checked against policy, brokered with a credential the agent never sees, written to the audit log and signed with a governance receipt. Going past the allowance on a paid plan never stops an agent; it is billed as overage.

Overage
On the Free plan there is no overage option, but hitting the cap does not stop your agents. Everything you have already set up keeps running; what pauses is growth — registering a new agent or connecting a new platform returns a 402 until the next calendar month. Upgrading lifts it immediately.
On every paid plan, AgentValet doesn’t cut your agents off when you cross the allowance. They keep working, and each governed action past it is billed at the overage rate. The rates are set so that upgrading is always cheaper than staying in overage: a Solo org at roughly 4,000 actions a month pays more in overage than Studio costs, and a Studio org at roughly 15,000 pays more than Team.
| Plan | Overage per call |
|---|---|
| Solo | $0.04 |
| Studio | $0.03 |
| Team | $0.02 |
| Enterprise | Custom |
You’ll get warnings in-app and by email at 50%, 75%, and 90% of your quota, and again when you cross over.
Money-back guarantee
Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of signing up, request a refund from Settings → Danger zone → Request refund and you’ll get the full amount back. Doing so closes your account — you can’t refund and continue using the product.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re prorated for the rest of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Agents are no longer capped per tier, so a downgrade does not suspend any of them — you keep every agent you have registered, on a smaller monthly call allowance.
Cancellation
Cancelling moves your account to the Free plan at the end of the current cycle. Your data is preserved. If you come back later, your agents and platforms are still there, governed by Free-plan limits until you re-subscribe.
Choosing a plan
- Free is for kicking the tyres — one or two personal agents, a couple of platforms, short audit window.
- Solo is for solo builders who want a real audit trail and slightly higher quota.
- Studio is the sweet spot for individuals and small teams running real automation — unlimited platforms, decent call budget, a month of audit.
- Team unlocks the operational features: push notifications, anomaly detection, approval delegates so you’re not the only person who can approve actions, and a year of audit.
- Enterprise adds SSO, forensics, and the kind of contract terms a procurement team needs.
